  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SUMMER PROGRAM 2019
    1) Program options are 7:
    Option 1 is from July 1 to August 10 and allows you to choose 5 Single Courses among 6;
    Option 2.1 is from July 1 to July 27 and includes 4 Single Courses;
    Option 2.2 is from July 15 to August 10 and includes max 3 Single courses to choose + a Design Studio traineeship in a real workshop of sculpture, painting or photography;
    Option 2.3 is from July 15 to August 10 and includes a single course of Italian + Design Studio;
    Option 3.1 is 2 weeks with 2 Single Courses of Modern History of Art and the Business of Art;
    Option3.2 is 2 weeks with 2 Single Courses of Art and Media and Italian Design;
    Option 3.3 is 2 weeks of Design Studio Traineeship

    2) History of Modern Art, The Business of Art, Art and Media, Italian Design require 42 contact hours; Italian Language is 50 contact hours; the final Design Studio Lab is 60 contact hours
    3) Each contact hour lasts 45 minutes
    4)Visa support is provided free of charge when a student books standard group course

    FEES INCLUDE:
    Welcome Information Pack, Classes, Workshops, Seminars, Visits to Galleries and Foundations, Certificate of Attendance (upon successful completion of due requirements), if you select Option 1, 2.3 or 3.3, Design Studio Lab experience, tools and materials.

    FEES EXCLUDE:
    The above fees exclude medical and liability insurance, which are obligatory to attend this program, and accommodation.

  • HOW TO BOOK YOUR COURSE AT UNIHUB SAPERE
    Select option and intake, fill this Application form and send it to our booking office by e-mail (info@unihubsapere.com) with CV, passport, copy of your most recent diploma, transcript of your exams (if your studies are ongoing) motivation letter.
    Unihub Sapere will contact you within 1 week to confirm if your requisites meet program’s enrollment requirements
    VISA SUPPORT:
    All non EU Citizens travelling to Italy need an entry visa. Unihub will provide Non Eu applicants with an invitation letter, which is mandatory to obtain an entry visa.
    There are several different visa types applicable to come to Italy: they differ in terms of length of stay and number of entries into the country.
    Students who apply for short term courses (up to 12weeks) will receive an invitation letter for a tourist visa, which is valid up to 90 days. The invitation letter will be sent a few days after payment of application fee. First installment of 50% of the tuition fee is to be paid upon confirmation of the VISA and the remaining installment not later than 4 weeks before the selected intake.
    A copy of the invitation is enough to apply for a touristic visa at an Italian Consulate or Embassy or approved visa center.
    Applications deadlines for Eu and non Eu students are indicated in the Course Booklet
    IMPORTANT:
    • Unihub will send invitation letters only after application fee is paid
    •Touristic and study visas can NOT be extended in Italy. Students who are taking long-term courses(i.e. lasting more than 90 days) will have to leave Italy and apply for a new visa in their home country (please check with the consulate the exact term sand conditions if you are applying for a visa outside your home country)
    BOOKING and PAYMENT DEADLINES:
    •For the Summer Program, booking deadlines are specified in the booklet for EU and non EU citizens; •For all our courses, Application Fee is to be paid at the moment of the Application and first installment equal to 50% of the tuition fee shall be paid to our bank account within 1week after the acceptance of your application.
    • Unihub will provide visa support only upon observation of the above conditions
    •Final installment shall be paid to our bank account within 2 weeks prior to the selected intake.
    PAYMENTS:
    Application and tuition fee shall be paid by bank transfer to the bank account specified on the invoice that is sent to students together with a description of course details. Sender is responsible for any bank transaction fee
    MEDICAL AND LIABILITY INSURANCE:
    Fees don’t include the Medical and Liability Insurance. If you select Option 1, 2.3 or 3.3 of the Summer Program, medical and liability insurance are obligatory.
    ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
    All summer courses start on Monday and finish on Saturday. Arrival and departure day is recommended to be Sunday
    CANCELLATION BY STUDENT:
    •If a pre-paid course is cancelled by student asresult of his/her own issues with a minimum of 4week’s notice in written form (e-mail or letter) thepre-paid amount will be refunded to the student withthe exception of the application fee and bank transaction fees, if any should apply.
    •If a pre-paid course is cancelled less than 4 weeks but more than 1 week before its start date, the prepaid amount will be refunded with the exception of the enrollment fee, 50% of the tuition fee and bank transaction fees, if any should apply
    •If a pre-paid course is cancelled less than 1 week before the starting date, the enrollment fee and 100%of the tuition fee will be charged.
    •for a pre-paid courses postponed as a resultof delays related to problems with visa, it should be rescheduled to start no later than the subsequent session
    •for the pre-paid courses cancelled as a result of visa rejection, the total sum of the pre-payment is refunded to the student with the exception of the bank transaction fees, if any should apply.
    •Group lessons missed or cancelled within the period of the course are not refunded.
    •Student’s withdrawals must be notified in writing, indicating bank account and receiver’s data in case of refund. Refunds - if applicable, according to the above conditions - will be made by bank transfer with in 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal letter
    COURSE CANCELLATION:
    Courses can be cancelled by Unihub if minimum number of students is not reached or for circumstances beyond human control. In such cases Unihub can offer either a substitute course or enrollment in the subsequent edition of the selected course or 100% refund of paid fees, within 30 days from course cancellation.
    PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
    Courses’ Schedule will observe the following public holidays: Jan 1, 6, April 22/25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 7/8, 24/31
